Delete my data / Exercise rights

If you are a guest of a GuestBrain client hotel or a user of the platform, you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over your personal data.

How to request it

Send an email to algarcia@hotelbrain.io with the subject "GDPR rights request" and include:

  • Your full name.
  • The hotel you are linked to, if applicable.
  • The right you want to exercise.
  • Any data that helps us identify you (email, approximate phone, stay dates).

What we will do

  • Confirm receipt within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Verify your identity.
  • Delete or correct data, unless a legal obligation requires retention.
  • Inform you of the outcome of your request.
